Most roles follow a four-step process: an initial call with our talent team, a role-specific skills conversation, a practical exercise or take-home task, and a final interview with the hiring manager and a team member. We keep it focused and respect your time — the full process typically wraps up within two to three weeks.
We are remote-first. Our team is distributed across North America and Europe, and we have no requirement to be in any specific location. We do gather for an optional all-hands retreat once a year to connect in person, but day-to-day we run entirely async-friendly.

Every full-time hire receives an equity grant with a standard four-year vest and one-year cliff. We're transparent about our cap table and where we stand as a business — we want you to understand what you're being offered and feel genuinely invested in what we're building together.
